Online Registration and Fee
All participants to ICCESEN-2023 must register and send abstract by email (iccesen2023@gmail.com)
(pls see Abstract submission Guide how to do it).
In order to complete your registration, you should pay registration fee as detailed below:
ONLINE Participant must pay half of fee given table above
- The registration fee covers
- The entrance for all sessions,
- Accommodation in standard room (2 people share a room) for 3 night
- All Inclusive hotel concept
- All coffee breaks,
- Conference materials, Congress Bag (abstract book, pen, gift etc).
- Publication of 2 papers (in proceeding book OR in some journals—Authors will be asked to pay extra fee for some indexed journals)
- Participation documents
- Welcome Cocktail
- Turkish Nights
- Gala dinner
- If someone prefers a single room extra € 30 (per night) will be charged.
- If someone prefers extra night(s) (more than 3 nights) extra € 60 (per night) for standard room will be charged.
- If someone prefers NOT to accommodate at the hotel for some night(s) OR throughout the conference, A discount of € 25 (per night) from the total fee (shown in table) will be applied
- 0-6 years old children are FREE (with parents) and %50 discount will be applied for 6-12 years old children.
- No refund is possible after 15 July 2023.
- You will get all information about payment etc .. on acceptance letter.
- VAT (KDV) Excluded
